Regional change happens at the local level and the Compass Blueprint program is now in the implementation phase. SCAG and the a Compass Blueprint team of consultants are currently offering free planning services to assist local governments with projects that embody the Compass Blueprint Growth Vision and local priorities. These projects are improving the livability, mobility, prosperity and sustainability of Southern California and are providing tangible lessons to share with other cities in the region. The website offers an explanation of the planning services available, instructions and materials for requesting services, and descriptions of several projects already underway or completed. We are also offering an online library of links and resources for regional and community growth planning.
