SCAG has developed one of the most sophisticated travel demand models in the nation and, through the Compass Blueprint team of consultants, has access to the full array of transportation modeling tools including cutting-edge "4-D" analysis that can account for the local-scale effects of mixed use, pedestrian-friendly urban design in reducing the number and length of vehicle trips.
Parking studies & strategies
Parking may be second only to traffic as a controversial issue in local planning. Compass Blueprint can assist cities in evaluating parking supply and demand and can recommend innovative parking strategies.
