Long Beach Boulevard project launched

The Long Beach Boulevard light rail line shoots a straight line from downtown to the coast presenting many exciting, but untapped development opportunities along the way.
Through the Long Beach Boulevard Demonstration Project, the City of Long Beach will receive Compass Blueprint market feasibility analysis services to explore strategies for attracting new, high quality mixed use development. Site surveys and fieldwork are underway with a project kickoff meeting in the scheduling stages.
