Compass Blueprint, a new way to look at how we grow, provides a vision that will accommodate this growth while improving mobility for all residents, fostering livability in all communities, enabling prosperity for all people and promoting sustainability for future generations. The "2% Strategy" will lead local communities and the region as a whole toward realizing this vision with modest, targeted changes to our land use and transportation systems.
